Introduction

This website is operated by Aesthetic Lab, a California corporation (“Aesthetic Lab,” the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit aestheticlabinc.com and our other websites that link to this policy (the “Website”), how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

This policy applies to information we collect:

  • On the Website, including through forms, booking tools, and chat features.
  • In emails, text messages, and phone calls between you and us that relate to the Website or our services.

Health Information and HIPAA

Medical information we create or receive in providing care to you, such as your medical history, consent forms, treatment records, and photos taken for your chart, is protected health information. It is governed by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, not this policy. You can read our Notice of Privacy Practices on the Website or request a copy at any location. If this policy and the Notice of Privacy Practices conflict about protected health information, the Notice of Privacy Practices controls.

Please do not send detailed medical information through the Website’s general contact forms. Your provider will collect it securely during your consultation.

We collect this information directly from you, automatically as you use the Website (see Cookies and Tracking Technologies below), and from third parties such as social media platforms, advertising partners, and review sites.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies on the Website. They fall into three groups:

  • Strictly necessary: needed for the Website to work, such as security, load balancing, and remembering your cookie choices. These are always on.
  • Analytics: help us understand how visitors use the Website so we can improve it, such as Google Analytics.
  • Advertising: let us and our advertising partners, such as Google and Meta, measure our ads and show you relevant ads on other websites and apps, including remarketing to people who have visited the Website.

Embedded content on the Website, such as videos from YouTube or Vimeo and maps, may also set cookies from those providers.

Analytics and advertising technologies are used only if you allow them through the cookie banner. You can change your choices at any time through the Cookie Settings link in the Website footer.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and schedule, confirm, and remind you of appointments.
  • Provide the services you request and process payments.

How We Share Your Information

We may share personal information:

  • With service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, scheduling and practice management software, customer relationship management, payment processing, email and text messaging, and marketing agencies. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • With advertising and analytics partners, such as Google and Meta, through the analytics and advertising technologies described above, only if you allow them.

  • In a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
  • With your consent or at your direction.

We may also use and share aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some states treat certain advertising cookies as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. You can opt out of these technologies at any time through the [Cookie Settings] link or by using Global Privacy Control.

Text messaging data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with service providers that help us deliver text messages.
