Dr. Veerappa is our Physician Owner. Dr. Veerappa is a graduate of Modesto’s Stanislaus Family Practice Residency program. He has a wealth of knowledge in the health and wellness sphere. Dr. Veerappa finished his medical schooling in India, completed his residency in surgery, and completed training in surgical oncology. He works at Family Healthcare in Modesto and Community Health Services of America in Gustine. At Aesthetic Lab Inc., he works behind the scenes overseeing operations and reviewing charts, policy, and procedures, but he will be opening up his schedule to see patients on our wellness side.

Gifty Aidoo is an experienced and dedicated aesthetic nurse practitioner. She has many specialized skill sets catered toward enhancing patients’ natural beauty and assisting them along their beauty and wellness journeys.

Gifty started her nursing education at Modesto Junior College in 1997 to obtain her associate degree in nursing. She then continued her education at California State University, Stanislaus, where she graduated with her bachelor of nursing. With her thirst for knowledge, she continued to pursue her master of nursing at California State University, Fresno, where she graduated with her Family Nurse Practitioner in 2011.

Before entering aesthetics, Gifty led a very accomplished nursing career as a charge nurse at Memorial Hospital on the telemetry unit for five years. Additionally, Gifty had extensive experience as a family nurse practitioner in various acute and outpatient care settings before entering aesthetics. Her background has given her a wealth of knowledge and an overall ability to provide comprehensive patient care with compassion and undeniable experience.
She is dedicated to staying at the forefront of her field as an aesthetic injector and the proud owner of a thriving medical spa with locations in Modesto, Turlock, and Stockton. She is committed to continuous learning and participates in events such as AmSpa 2023, Prolenium Cadaver Training, and various hair and skin laser training. Additionally, she engages in nursing master classes, covering topics ranging from ethics to preventing medical errors. Gifty embraces the latest advancements in her field and upholds the highest standards in the rapidly evolving aesthetic industry.

Tiffannie is a Nurse Practitioner and injector with over nine years of experience in Nursing. After graduating from California State University, Stanislaus, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, she pursued a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. Tiffannie has worked all over the country as a travel nurse and has pursued her passion for Esthetics. At Aesthetic Lab, Tiffannie has a way of making her patients feel welcome, safe, and well-informed about the treatments they are pursuing. Her patients come back consistently, raving about how well she cares for them. Her overall demeanor is sweet and kind, and she is always happy to help.

Jamie is a Registered Nurse and Injector with over 20 years of experience in Esthetics. She gained her Esthetician’s License and immediately began working with dermatologists and plastic surgeons as a Provider and Patient Care Coordinator. She has worked all over the 209, and her bubbly personality has gained her a loyal clientele. Jamie has always had a love for skin, and her passion for helping people feel beautiful in their own skin shows in her quality of work.

Velma is an Esthetician specializing in facials and skincare. Velma attended school in San Jose and graduated with her license in Esthetics. She immediately began working as an Esthetician in 2015. With seven years of experience in the Bay Area, she moved to Modesto in 2021 and began working with Aesthetic Lab. Velma’s passion for the art of esthetics derives from her love of helping others to feel confident in their skin. Velma has a strong following of patients who adore her at Aesthetic Lab, and for good reason. She loves to see the confidence built within her patients through consistent care and the knowledge she gives them about their skin health.

Tarnpreet, or Tarni as we call her, is a Registered Nurse from Turlock, CA. Tarni graduated from the International College of Health Science with her Associate’s Degree and immediately pursued her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Tarni has five years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility and officially joined Aesthetic Lab in 2024. Tarni specializes in Lasers and treats everything from Hair Reduction to Tattoo Removal. Tarni’s passion for Nursing started when she first volunteered at a nursing home; she has never looked back. She is excited to advance in her medical career and practice at Aesthetic Lab.

Amanda, or Mandy as we call her, is a Medical Assistant here at Aesthetic Lab. Mandy works with our patients who are interested in weight loss management. Her passion for health and fitness drove her to work with weight management, and her kind, loving personality makes her the perfect fit for helping people feel their best. Mandy is applying for Nursing School at Merced College and hopes to graduate in the next few years. Mandy’s interest in Esthetics started when she had her first appointment with Gifty. Since then, she has been pursuing her career in the medical field, aiming to continue helping people gain confidence through injectables.

Maria is a Medical Assistant here at Aesthetic Lab. She has extensive experience spanning over 17 years as an MA at Sutter Health and wound clinics in Stanislaus County. Maria was first inspired to enter the medical field when she was young and spent a lot of time around hospitals. It was then that she gained a passion for helping people, and she now strives to continue her practice with Aesthetic Lab. As an MA here, Maria assists Gifty and Tiff with preparing patients for their treatments and works with our weight loss management program.

Cherilyn is an Esthetician specializing in facials and skincare. Cherilyn started her career in Esthetics as a Cosmetics Manager. After ten years of gaining knowledge about skin care products on the market and skin health, she worked in Dermatology for six years as a Medical Esthetician. She then obtained her license in Esthetics from Adrian’s Beauty College. Inspired by helping people feel as beautiful as possible, Cherilyn has remained in this field of Esthetics for nearly twenty years. Her overall knowledge and expertise in this field have made her an asset to our team.
