Terms of Use
Effective Date: November 4, 2026
PLEASE READ SECTION 16 CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES MOST DISPUTES TO BE RESOLVED BY INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND WAIVES CLASS ACTIONS AND JURY TRIALS.
1. Agreement to These Terms
This website is operated by Aesthetic Lab, a California corporation (“Aesthetic Lab,” the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of aestheticlabinc.com and our other websites that link to these Terms (the “Website”). By using the Website, or by submitting a form that references these Terms, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
These Terms cover use of the Website only. Treatment and services you receive from Aesthetic Lab are governed by your patient consent forms, our financial and cancellation policies, any membership or package agreement you sign, and applicable law.
2. Medical Disclaimer
Content on the Website is for general information and education only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a consultation with a licensed provider. Using the Website, submitting a form, or sending us a message does not create a provider-patient relationship. Every treatment requires an in-person evaluation, and not every service is right for every person.
Results vary from person to person. Before-and-after photos and testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results.
If you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not use the Website or text messages to seek urgent medical care.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Website to book services or make purchases.
4. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Violate any law or anyone’s rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights.

You agree to give us accurate contact information so we can respond to you and complete your requests.
5. Electronic Communications
You agree that we may send notices, disclosures, and other communications about the Website electronically, and that these communications satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing. To withdraw this consent, contact us using the information in Section 21.
6. Text Message Terms
If you opt in to text messages from Aesthetic Lab, you agree to receive the types of messages you selected. Service messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, post-treatment instructions, and billing notices. Promotional messages may include special offers, new services, events, and practice updates, and are sent only if you separately opt in to them.

We handle your mobile information as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Appointments and Services
Services shown on the Website are subject to availability and may vary by location. Prices shown on the Website are in U.S. dollars, may change without notice, and are confirmed at your consultation. Online booking and any online purchases, such as packages, memberships, or gift cards, are completed through our third-party booking platform (Zenoti) and are subject to the terms and policies presented at checkout. A booking request is not confirmed until we confirm it. Appointments are subject to our cancellation and no-show policy, which we provide when you book.
We may decline to book an appointment or provide a service for any lawful reason, including when a treatment is not medically appropriate for you. We may limit or cancel purchases, including purchases that appear to be placed by resellers or that contain pricing or availability errors. If we cancel a purchase you have paid for, we will refund the amount charged.
8. Booking Tools and Patient Portal
Online booking and the patient portal may be provided through third-party software. You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for activity under your account. Please tell us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. Your use of third-party tools may also be subject to that provider’s terms.
9. Intellectual Property
The Website and its content, including text, graphics, photos, videos, logos, and the Aesthetic Lab name, are owned by or licensed to Aesthetic Lab and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for your personal, noncommercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content for any other purpose without our written permission.
10. Your Submissions and Reviews
You are responsible for any reviews, comments, messages, photos, or other content you post or send through the Website or our social media pages (“Content”). Please do not include confidential information, or anyone else’s health information, in Content you post publicly.
You keep ownership of your Content. When you post Content to the Website or our social media pages, you give us a nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, share, and reproduce it in connection with our business. We will not use your name or likeness in our advertising without your separate written permission.
You agree that your Content will not be unlawful, harassing, obscene, infringing, or harmful to our systems. We may remove Content that violates these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to post an honest review of Aesthetic Lab.
11. Third-Party Links
The Website may link to websites and services we do not control. We provide these links for convenience and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
12. Errors
The Website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies, including in descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability. We may correct errors and update information at any time.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AESTHETIC LAB AND ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
This section applies only to use of the Website. It does not apply to treatment or services you receive from Aesthetic Lab, and it does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or violations of law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aesthetic Lab and its affiliates, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents, from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or Content you submit that infringes or violates the rights of others.
16. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Informal resolution first. Before starting arbitration or a lawsuit, you and we agree to try to resolve any dispute informally. Send a written notice describing the dispute and the relief sought to the address in Section 21. If the dispute is not resolved within 60 days, either party may begin arbitration.
Agreement to arbitrate. You and Aesthetic Lab agree that any dispute arising from or relating to the Website, these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or our collection or use of information through the Website, including claims about cookies, pixels, and other tracking technologies, will be resolved by binding individual arbitration and not in court. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
What this does not cover. This agreement to arbitrate does not cover claims arising from medical treatment or professional services. Those claims are governed by any separate arbitration agreement you sign with us as a patient and by applicable law.
Arbitration rules. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator. Fees will be allocated as the AAA rules provide. The arbitration will take place in Stanislaus County, California, or by video or written submissions if the parties agree. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.
Class action and jury trial waiver. YOU AND AESTHETIC LAB AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. YOU AND AESTHETIC LAB WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims of more than one person. If a request for public injunctive relief cannot be waived under applicable law, that request will be decided by a court after the individual claims are arbitrated.
Opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to the address or email in Section 21 within 30 days after you first agree to these Terms. Your notice must include your name, mailing address, and a clear statement that you want to opt out of arbitration.
Severability. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim will be decided in court and not in arbitration. If any other part of this section is found unenforceable, the rest of this section will still apply.
17. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute not subject to arbitration will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Stanislaus County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
18. Accessibility
We are committed to making the Website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. If you have trouble accessing any part of the Website, please contact us using the information in Section 21 with “Website Access” in the subject line, and describe the page or feature. We will work with you to provide the information or service you are looking for. For more information, see our Accessibility Statement.
19. Changes and Termination
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and change the Effective Date above. Changes apply going forward and do not affect disputes that arose before the change. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website, or restrict your access to it, at any time.
20. General
These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about use of the Website. They do not replace or modify your patient consent forms, financial or cancellation policies, membership or package agreements, or any other agreement you sign with Aesthetic Lab. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
